Allgemeine Geschäftsbedingungen
§ 1 Geltungsbereich
Diese AGB gelten für alle Beförderungsleistungen (Mietwagenverkehr, Gruppenfahrten, Patientenfahrten und Inselrundfahrten) des Unternehmens Autoruf Korf.
§ 2 Tarife & Zahlung
Da wir als Mietwagenunternehmen nach dem Personenbeförderungsgesetz (PBefG) operieren, sind wir nicht an kommunale Taxitarife gebunden. Der Fahrpreis wird vor Fahrtantritt frei vereinbart oder richtet sich nach unserer aktuellen Preisliste bzw. dem Online-Fahrpreisrechner. Für Rundfahrten gelten die bei der Buchung ausgewiesenen Preise (inkl. Familientarife). Zahlungen sind nach Abschluss der Fahrt bar oder per Karte fällig.
§ 3 Buchungen & Warteliste
Ein verbindlicher Beförderungsvertrag für Touren und Rundfahrten kommt erst durch den Buchungsabschluss oder unsere ausdrückliche Bestätigung zustande. Reine Wartelisten-Einträge stellen keine Platz- oder Beförderungsgarantie dar.
§ 4 Stornierung
Vorbestellungen für Rundfahrten und Gruppenfahrten sind bis 24 Stunden vorher kostenfrei stornierbar. Danach fällt gegebenenfalls eine Ausfallgebühr an, sofern der Termin nicht anderweitig vergeben werden kann.
§ 5 Verhalten im Fahrzeug & Haftung
In allen unseren Fahrzeugen gilt striktes Rauchverbot. Bei extremer Verschmutzung des Fahrzeuginnenraums durch Fahrgäste behalten wir uns vor, eine angemessene Reinigungsgebühr zu erheben. Wir haften für Personen- und Sachschäden ausschließlich im Rahmen der gesetzlichen Bestimmungen.
§ 6 Gerichtsstand
Gerichtsstand ist Wyk auf Föhr.
